Join the instructors of the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute for a make-your-own-pizza party, explore our state-of-the-art facilities, and learn about our 6-month certificate program. If you love food, our accelerated and completely unique program can fast-track your career and broaden your network. Financial assistance available.
Make your own pizza in our baking & pastry kitchen, learning new skills with our chef-instructors. We will be leading campus tours throughout the event, where you can see NOCHI's teaching kitchens, classrooms, and event spaces. Questions about your application? Not sure where to start? A Fundraising Fête in the Name of Food
Thank you for making NOCHI’s annual fundraiser, Cooking for a Cause, a tremendous success! Together, we raised more than $262,000 to support NOCHI’s mission and the future of culinary and hospitality education. From our online auction of exclusive, curated experiences to an unforgettable evening of exceptional cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and lively entertainment, this year’s success was made possible by the generosity of our sponsors, donors, auction participants, guests, and community.
Proceeds from Cooking for a Cause directly support NOCHI’s mission to equip individuals with the skills, confidence, and entrepreneurial mindset needed to excel in culinary and hospitality careers and passions. Through accessible, high-quality education and programs, NOCHI continues to inspire and support learners at all levels.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Goldring Family Foundation, all proceeds from Cooking for a Cause are matched dollar for dollar, extending the impact of every contribution even further.
