A Fundraising Fête in the Name of Food

The Cooking for a Cause online auction is now open! Start bidding on one-of-a-kind dining experiences, culinary adventures, getaways and more, then join us on Wednesday, September 23 for NOCHI’s annual fundraising soirée featuring exceptional cuisine, handcrafted cocktails and lively entertainment.

Proceeds benefit NOCHI’s mission to equip individuals with the skills, confidence, and entrepreneurial mindset needed to excel in culinary and hospitality careers and passions. Through accessible, high-quality education and programs, NOCHI inspires and supports learners at all levels.

Thanks to the generosity of the Goldring Family Foundation, all proceeds from Cooking for a Cause will be matched dollar for dollar.

BUILD A BETTER BURGER

Join the instructors of the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute for a build-your-own-burger party, explore our state-of-the-art facilities, and learn about our 6-month certificate program. If you love food, our accelerated and completely unique program can fast-track your career and broaden your network. Financial assistance available.

Make your own burger in one of our teaching labs, learning new skills with our chef-instructors. We will be leading campus tours throughout the event, where you can see NOCHI's teaching kitchens, classrooms, and event spaces. Questions about your application? Not sure where to start? This event is completely free and designed for prospective applicants to NOCHI's certificate program.
