Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent demands, evening availability from Tuesday through Saturday.
Ability to follow direction and execute tasks given by chef. Work in a BOH environment - including cooking, nightly cleaning, prep work, and menu development.
Ability to list or carry/move packages more than 50lbs if needed.
Desire to learn and grow with a chef who is using farm to table ingredients, supporting small and local businesses. Helping aid in the creative atmosphere while building a team and relationship with fellow service industry professionals.
