Job Requirements: Food truck will be operational in January but I have several catering events scheduled in the meantime (Tulane Alumni house, Margaret Place, private homes). Looking for a reliable line cook with food safety certifications. Window position on the truck is very fun! Also need servers for on-site events. Must be a team player, willing to pitch in and get things done.
