This program is designed for anyone ages 18 - 24 who have an interest in learning more about a long-term career in the hotel & hospitality industry. They must also commit to full-time attendance in the program.
The Hospitality Futures Academy involves 10 weeks of onsite instruction at NOCHI followed by a four-week externship. Training will cover topics including:

Upon completion of the Hospitality Futures Academy, participants will possess the technical skills, professional behaviors, and real-world experience necessary to succeed in entry-level hotel positions. Graduates will be able to provide exceptional guest service, work effectively across multiple hotel departments, demonstrate industry-standard hospitality practices, and confidently pursue long-term career opportunities within the hotel and hospitality industry.

Participants are expected to attend every training session in person (25 hours each week) and commit to four weeks on-site at a hotel partner for externship on a flexible schedule.
There are no fees or tuition associated with this grant-funded program. A $450 weekly stipend is provided to all participants. You can apply here.
