Sour Cream Biscuits
INGREDIENTS
2040 g A.P. flour
44 g salt
108 g baking powder
156 g sugar
1020 g butter
300 g eggs
1080 g sour cream
340 g milk
Directions
Combine all of the dry ingredients.
Incorporate the cold butter till sandy.
Add wet ingredients and mix just to combined.
Roll to 1 inch thick and cut to desired shape.
