Sour Cream Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

  • 2040 g A.P. flour

  • 44 g salt

  • 108 g baking powder

  • 156 g sugar

  • 1020 g butter

  • 300 g eggs

  • 1080 g sour cream

  • 340 g milk

Directions

  1. Combine all of the dry ingredients.

  2. Incorporate the cold butter till sandy.

  3. Add wet ingredients and mix just to combined.

  4. Roll to 1 inch thick and cut to desired shape.
