Job Requirements: Pastry assistant should have some culinary experience, knowledge of proper food handling procedures as well as the ability to read and execute a recipe exactly as written. The ideal candidate should be punctual and ready to begin production promptly in the AM, they should be willing to learn and have a passion for baking. Weekends are a must, evenings are very rare, this position starts at 8am.
