Job Requirements: Apero is looking to fill the role of Chef de Cuisine for an exciting opportunity located at 2252 Tower Dr. Suite 107, Monroe, LA 71201. This property is a full-service dinner only restaurant, wine bar, and cocktail lounge with a high-end gourmet food. We are seeking someone who has a passion for culinary arts and possesses great leadership skills to join our growing team. We source many of our ingredients from local purveyors and use only the highest quality available. Our ideal candidates for Chef de Cuisine will have at least 3 years’ experience and be capable to input ideas into the creation of special menu items, possess a fun and personable attitude, are punctual and have reliable transportation. The Chef de Cuisine responsibility is to directly manage all back of house functionality of the business; direct the preparation of food, oversee training and development of team members. This is a working Chef position, with managerial responsibilities that will report directly to the GM and Ownership team.
