Job Requirements: Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop the retail team
Manage scheduling and staffing
Maintain service and hospitality standards
Address employee performance and attendance concerns
Support hiring, onboarding, and training
Oversee daily operations and store presentation
Manage inventory and ordering
Qualifications:
Previous hospitality, retail, or food service management experience
Experience leading and developing employees
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Weekend and holiday availability
