Chimichurri

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup parsley, leaves and tender stems

  • 1/2 cup cilantro, leaves and stems

  • 1 tbsp oregano, leaves only

  • 1/4 cup sherry vinegar

  • 2 ea garlic cloves, coarsely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 tsp cumin, ground

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp chili flakes

  • to taste black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all chimichurri ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
