Chimichurri
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup parsley, leaves and tender stems
1/2 cup cilantro, leaves and stems
1 tbsp oregano, leaves only
1/4 cup sherry vinegar
2 ea garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp chili flakes
to taste black pepper
Directions
Combine all chimichurri ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
